Theressa joins Clementines but has been in the Ruppert family and working at HawksHead for 29 years.  She is married to Greg Ruppert and has three children.  She loves her family and loves the customers that patronize the businesses every year.  

Melanie is part the Ruppert clan. Not only is she family and our HR guru, but she also spends her spare time as a seamstress. You can usually find her volunteering her efforts to organizations like South Haven’s “Our Town Players” where she leads the costume department.

Tom joined us as a busser when he was 15 years old. He knows everything there is to know about the Clementine’s business. You may run into him around town with his new wife that he also met and works with at Clementine’s.

Jared started with Clementines when he was 16 years old, and has now rejoined the team as our Director.  His love for the restaurant and the Ruppert's are one and the same.  He is best known as our resident country singer.

Do not let her small stature fool you, Robin is a force to be reckoned with! We call her Dr. Robin around here because anytime you have an ailment, she jumps right in and knows exactly what to do. If you see her outside of Clementine’s, consider yourself lucky.

Caitlin has been with clementine's LLC since 2015, working at Hawkshead before joining us at the door at Clementine's. She also began working as a manger in 2023. Being a Ruppert, she knows the restaurant like the back of her hand. When outside of the restaurant, you can find her babysitting the twins!

Diz was part of the original Clementine’s crew from 1982. She knows every spot and shine on our bar. A passion for special needs pets has her spending her free time fostering, adopting and training lots of furry friends.

Wendy is our most seasoned server. She joined us when Clementine’s was down the street at the original location. No matter where you find her, she most certainly will be surrounded by friends. There is not a single person who could not love her shining personality!

Jon is Al Ruppert’s oldest son and head chef during lunch hours. He spends his mornings preparing soup in our 40-gallon pot and his nights wrangling twin boys with his wife Melanie.

Clementine’s is a very old and large building. Which is great, but it takes a lot of maintenance to keep us in tip top condition. Dee maintains our over-a-century-old building day in and day out with a lot of square footage to cover.
